WISERWOOD

OVERVIEW

Wiserwood is a product of Groupe Lebel, one of Canada’s largest family owned lumber producers, that consists of premium quality bunkies (a single room structure primarily used as an extension of ones living space.)

In 2007, while working at Cloud Horizon, I was contracted by Groupe Lebel to design an ecommerce platform for their Wiserwood line of products in an effort to increase overall sales and web presence.

PROJECT

This ecommerce project consisted of a multi-step checkout process which included a custom built accessories selection page as well as custom shipping integration modules and a specialized payment plan process. Painstaking steps were taken in order to ensure to products were highlighted as premium quality goods that included a variety of upgrades and user documentation.

In light of the professionalism and quality of our work with the ecommerce site, Groupe Lebel as requested we perform a redesign of their corporate site as well in order to provide the company with an overall brand consistency.

RESULT

Within the first month of the ecommerce site’s launch, Groupe Lebel began successfully processing orders for Wiserwood products and reported an overall increase in sales as projected.
