OVERVIEW

Coffee Meets Bagel is a dating app “For Serious Daters” with a particular focus on young professionals within North American and A6 markets.

PROJECT

As Lead Product Designer, I am responsible for ensuring each project adheres to strong design processes that produce high-quality solutions. I maintain alignment with org-wide goals, facilitate communication between product and engineering, and champion the growth of my team as individuals and contributors.

Key challenges

- Strategically expanding our user base to meet investor targets.

- Implementing targeted initiatives to enhance conversion rates of paying subscribers, for example specifically within the first 24-hour male demographic.
