OVERVIEW

BiblioCommons offers a suite of tools that allow libraries to provide their full catalogs as a comprehensive online experience. Their solutions include a web portal, mobile app, events management platform and more. Their user growing base numbers in the millions and spans three continents, including over 100 libraries and their branches.

PROJECT

During my time at BiblioCommons I lead the design of a new white-labeled mobile app which allows patrons to; access a library’s full catalog availabilities remotely, perform barcode assisted self-checkout and returns, review and contribute to a large database of user generated content, and more.

RESULT

The app was launched successfully and added to BiblioCommons offerings allowing their partner libraries to provide services across the mobile user market.
